Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of TaoBot Attendance, including the TaoBot website, Zoom app, account console, calendar fallback, Slack reminders, paid plans, and related services.
Use of TaoBot
TaoBot helps hosts, co-hosts, meeting organizers, and workspace teams manage meeting readiness in Zoom. You are responsible for using TaoBot in a lawful manner and for obtaining any notices, consents, or permissions required by your organization or applicable law.
Accounts and administrators
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Workspace administrators may manage seats, integration settings, plan choices, and workspace defaults for users in their workspace.
Zoom, calendar, and Slack integrations
TaoBot depends on third-party platforms such as Zoom, Google, Microsoft, Slack, and payment processors. Their services are governed by their own terms. TaoBot features may change or become unavailable if an integration is disconnected, unavailable, or no longer provides required APIs or permissions.
Plans, billing, and changes
Some TaoBot features are free or trial-limited, and others require a paid plan. Prices, plan names, limits, and features may change prospectively. Paid subscriptions renew unless cancelled according to the billing flow shown in the account console or payment provider portal.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse TaoBot, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, use TaoBot to violate privacy or employment laws, send abusive reminders, or use TaoBot for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
Customer data and responsibility
You retain responsibility for the data you provide or connect to TaoBot, including attendee rosters, meeting context, calendar access, Slack connections, and workspace member settings. TaoBot processes that data to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep TaoBot reliable, but the service is provided with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
TaoBot is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaoBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Termination
You may stop using TaoBot, disconnect integrations, or cancel paid plans. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay required fees, or misuse the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
