Common support topics
Adding TaoBot to Zoom
Start from Add to Zoom or follow the guide.
Using TaoBot in a meeting
Open TaoBot from the Zoom sidebar, Teams side panel, or Google Meet add-on, review expected attendees, mark people present or waiting, and send reminders if enabled.
Teams and Meet readiness
Teams and Meet are platform-specific readiness surfaces. Calendar setup helps expected attendees, but live or post-meeting evidence needs platform capability checks.
Calendar fallback
Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar when the active platform does not include enough expected-attendee data.
External notifications
Use Slack for private attendee reminders, or configure Google Chat or Microsoft Teams messaging as a shared workspace destination, according to plan and workspace settings.
Billing and plans
Go to your TaoBot account console to review plan, seat, and billing settings.
Privacy requests
For access, deletion, correction, or other data subject requests, email privacy.taobot@iutuinc.com.
Troubleshooting checklist
- Confirm you are signed into the intended platform account.
- Reopen the Zoom sidebar, Teams side panel, or Google Meet add-on and launch TaoBot again.
- Check whether TaoBot says platform runtime, calendar, external-notification channel, seat, or plan access is missing.
- Use manual check-in if live attendance is unavailable.
- Disconnect and reconnect optional calendar, Slack, Google Chat, or Microsoft Teams messaging integrations if authorization has expired.
- Contact support with the diagnostic message shown in TaoBot.
Support availability
Support is handled by email. Response times may vary by plan, severity, holidays, and queue volume.
