What is TaoBot?
TaoBot is a Zoom-native meeting readiness assistant. It shows who was expected, who is here, who is still waiting, and what follow-up is available through Slack or Zoom chat.
What does Easy include?
Easy gives you 10 trial meetings each month so you can try TaoBot before upgrading. The first credits let you experience team-style coordination, and the remaining credits help you test the solo organizer workflow.
What happens when live Zoom attendance is unavailable?
TaoBot falls back to manual check-in. You can still mark people present, waiting, or excused, and TaoBot can suggest matches when it has enough signal.
What is the difference between personal and workspace plans?
Personal plans use one organizer’s apps, defaults, and billing. Workspace plans use team seats, workspace setup, shared Slack paths, and workspace defaults where allowed.
What does TaoBot save?
Attendance history is configurable. You can save nothing, save numbers only, or save names and numbers. TaoBot does not store chat text, audio, speech, transcripts, or private calendar event details.
Is Together billed per seat?
Yes. Together is a workspace plan with seat-based pricing for teams that want shared visibility, team reminders, workspace Slack setup, and manual Zoom chat updates.
What does the Scale plan add?
Scale adds workspace Slack governance, calendar governance, Organization Slack app setup, automatic Zoom chat updates, and policy defaults for larger organizational rollouts.
Do I need to sign in before buying?
You can browse TaoBot pricing publicly. TaoBot only asks you to sign in when you are ready to buy, manage billing, or work with an existing account context.
